Shipping policy

We only ship plants Monday - Wednesday. Maximum of 7 days processing time. Plants will not be shipped using USPS ground advantage, as this too long for plants to be boxed up. A minimum of USPS priority or UPS ground is required. UPS 2 day air and Next Day Air is HIGHLY recommended for the more sensitive plants, specifically Alocasia and Begonia. US SHIPPING ONLY. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

We guarantee live arrival only when UPS Next Day Air is selected for shipping.

WEATHER - Please be aware of your weather conditions in your area. The buyer is responsible for checking their weather and not leaving the plants outside for extended period of time, especially in extreme temperatures. Plants will not be shipped in temperatures below 30 degrees and above 95 degrees Fahrenheit. We reserve the right to delay shipment if the weather is not safe for the plants to travel in, with notification to the buyer. 

We pack our plants with the upmost care, just as we would want to receive them. Please understand the risks of shipping, cosmetic damage may occur during delivery. Understand the risks of plant mail, as some plants may not travel well. We are not liable for damages, delays, temperature-related stress, lost mail, or any other shipping issues. A mandatory unboxing video is required for claims or damages within 2 hours of delivery.
